Example of a book citation:

What you need:
Title of the book:  Roman Mythology
Author:  Paige, Joy (always put the author’s last name first)
Where the book was published:  New York
Who Published the book?:  The Rosen Publishing Group
What year was it published?  2006
What format (print or online)?  Print

Once you have answered the above questions, then you can format the information into MLA.  Your citation should look like this:

Paige, Joy.  Roman Mythology.  New York: The Rosen Publishing Group, 2006.  Print.
